IPMA-HR Recruitment and Selection Training:

  • Fundamentals of Recruitment and Selection in the Public Sector

The training provides a comprehensive overview of the recruitment function from evaluating and developing recruitment strategies, to Workforce Planning, and conducting recruitments. Selection in the public sector differs greatly from the private sector due to Merit System principles and a high level of transparency. The selection process will be covered from the beginning to end including administering tests, creating and maintaining eligible lists, and handling the appeals process in the event of a challenge.

Time:

8:00 a.m. - Continental Breakfast

8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Training

 

Cost including lunch:

2. Non-members $60.00
