At this workshop, we will review one of the most widely used personality instruments, The Myer's Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).® Your luncheon registration fee includes a Myer's Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® assessment and booklet. The MBTI® workshop will provide you with insights and knowledge to better understand yourself and your own innate preferences.   This instrument builds on the work of psychologist Carl Jung's theory of innate personality preferences and is an invaluable aid to learning to work with others in an organization or on a team.  Participants will complete the MBTI instrument prior to the event and will discover their own innate personality patterns during the workshop.

How you will benefit:
  • Identify and explore your own personality patterns
  • Discover ways that other types are alike or different from you
  • Identify how differences can affect communication, problem solving and teamwork
  • Identify how others perceive you
  • Describe what you need from other people
The Assessment:

You heard right. Part of your registration fee will include the Myer's Briggs Type Indicator Test and Booklet. Prior to the workshop, we will send you an email with details on how to access your online test. When you arrive at the workshop, we'll provide you with your results, a booklet, and information about your communication style.
